Katya Nikitina

Associate

Katya’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and personal injury defense for the transportation industry. Prior to joining PDH in 2019, Katya served as a Law Clerk for Berg & Androphy, and Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Katya previously worked for 10 years as in-house legal counsel to two international media companies in Moscow, Russia, where she provided legal guidance and advice on all commercial transactions, projects, civil matters and agreements.

  • Reviewed discovery and performed additional document review for False Claims Act litigation matters against a governmental procurement contractor
  • Reviewed discovery and performed additional document review for False Claims Act litigation matters against various medical facilities based on fraud in the field of Medicare and Medicaid
