Philip D. Racusin is a Partner with Pagel, Davis & Hill, P.C. In his years of practice, he has helped dozens of clients defend against, and prosecute, claims in a wide variety of litigation areas, as well as identify and correct issues and practices within their organizations that could possibly lead to outsized exposure.
A serial founder and business owner for more than a decade, he understands the unique challenges, risks, and opportunities that small and medium-sized businesses face in multiple areas, including their structure, litigation and risk management, and operations. He draws on this experience when advising and representing business clients on general legal issues, corporate matters, and negotiations. He has been with the firm since August 2009.
