Thursday, May 14, 2020 — PDH’s Employment Law Division presented a WEBINAR discussing basics of enforcing non-competition agreements in Texas, and how COVID-19 has affect/might affect employer’s future enforcement efforts.
Corbett Parker and Michelle Bohreer provided advice for employers to use their additional time during slowdown wisely to update their non-competitions agreements (and other policies/employee handbooks), as well as develop (or revise) current plan to protect against employees violating their agreements post-employment.
